What is Psychodynamic therapy?

In short, this approach is all about getting to the root of the issue and creating a long-lasting impact. Psychodynamic therapy comes from psychoanalysis and Freudian theory to guide therapists' knowledge of human behaviours, patterns and exploration of the mind.

This intervention is extremely useful for people to access their subconscious, to understand why they live out certain unwanted thoughts and/or behaviours and to build the tools and understanding of this to live a more fulfilling, healthy life.

All Arts Therapists have at least a master's level of training, which provides the theory and practice to support people in unravelling mental health and emotional issues safely.
