What is workplace wellbeing?
Workplace wellbeing is a holistic approach to supporting the mental, emotional and physical health of employees.
A wellbeing-focused workplace recognises that healthy, cared-for employees are more productive and engaged.
Wellbeing initiatives, such as our Wellbeing Service, help create a working environment where employees feel supported and a positive culture is created. Especially around mental health issues, helping to reduce the stigma.
Corporate life moves fast, it’s easy for teams to feel stretched thin.
Many organisations come to us because they’re noticing:
Employee Burnout & Fatigue:
Long hours, heavy workloads, and constant digital connectivity can leave staff exhausted and disengaged.
Busy Seasons & High-Pressure Deadlines:
Peaks in demand - such as end-of-quarter rushes or seasonal spikes- can create stress and tension.
Change Fatigue:
Constant adaptation - whether to new technologies, restructures, or leadership changes. This can take a toll on resilience.
Low Morale & Motivation:
Repetitive tasks, lack of creativity, or unclear goals can drain enthusiasm and connection.
Team Disconnect:
In hybrid or remote settings, communication gaps and reduced social interaction can make collaboration harder.
Retention & Recruitment Challenges:
Retention & Recruitment Challenges: With employees prioritising wellbeing and culture, businesses that overlook these needs risk losing top talent.
Prioritising mental health and wellbeing at work has never been more important.
We’re here to support your team, so you can focus on what you do with confidence.
Whether it’s a relaxed lunch-and-learn, an energising team-building session, or 1:1 therapy, our sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of your organisation and help your people feel their best.

What would a workplace wellbeing session look like in my organisation?
Our workplace wellbeing sessions are designed for your organisation and the needs of your employees. Wellbeing sessions delivered by Arts Therapies UK are delivered by a qualified creative therapist.
Sessions include a creative therapeutic activity with participants taking part in a guided task. These activities provide the participants a chance to reflect and engage in different discussions with their peers, encouraging connection amongst the team. The host of the sessions will also introduce practical coping strategies for the participants, introducing them to mindfulness techniques that they will take away with them for us in work and at home.
